  • South African citizenship required.

A leading client in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Automotive Machinist to join their dynamic team as a Contract Trainer. This exciting opportunity is designed for a dedicated artisan with a passion for skills development and apprentice mentorship. The trainer will facilitate specialized modules for a 3-year apprenticeship program, delivering hands-on training for periods of 3–4 months after every 7 months.

DUTIES

  • Deliver comprehensive training to apprentices enrolled in the 3-year Automotive Machinist apprenticeship programme.
  • Conduct practical and theoretical skills transfer during the designated training blocks.
  • Assess apprentice progress and provide detailed feedback.
  • Support continuous learning and upskilling in an industrial training setting.

The position is open to all South African citizens. Preference will be given to Employment Equity (EE) candidates in line with the client’s transformation objectives.
