Introduction

The NEF is hiring a Senior Microsoft Developer to join our IST team.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and enhancing ERP and automation initiatives to improve systems' solutions, including Online Application System, Data Warehouse, BI and Analytics, CRM, etc.

Responsibilities

• Creatively solving problems in a robust and scalable manner, leading and assisting junior developers.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in low-code technology and seeking ways to incorporate them.
• Implementing automation and machine learning solutions.
• Developing systems to improve operational efficiencies for NEF and customer experiences.
• Designing and implementing data warehouses and analytics solutions.

Qualification Requirements

• Certification in Dynamics, Power Platform, or relevant technologies.

Experience / Skills Required

• Knowledge of Microsoft programming languages and databases.
• 3.5 years of experience with low-code platforms (Power Platform, Model Driven & Canvas app development, and/or Dynamics).
• Experience in automation and workflow solutions.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or F&O is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
