We’re looking for Account Managers who will take ownership of market share for Hilti in the assigned territory and segment, and further develop profitable sales. This is a high-performing sales role designed to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Role Responsibilities :
You will own the development of sales within your territory by utilizing our sales process to analyze, implement, and control opportunities to meet targets. Your work environment will vary from construction sites to industrial plants, offices, and warehouses across segments such as Industry, Energy, and Construction.
You will build strong relationships with partners, contractors, system integrators, and end users. You will also manage and grow key product sales within your territory by targeting appropriate customer groups and introducing new products. Ensuring adequate coverage of both existing and potential customers will be essential to develop profitable growth.
You will demonstrate, service, train, and test Hilti products as appropriate. To succeed, you must understand the market thoroughly, including competition, market prices, new launches, seminars, outlets, quality issues, and product deliveries, reporting your insights monthly.
