Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse professionals to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client needs.
• Utilize CAD software and engineering tools for design refinement and creation of 3D models.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments and cost‑benefit analyses.
• Develop civil construction project specifications and designs adhering to industry standards.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to achieve timely, quality project completion.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Facilitate regular project team meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment on goals.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of post‑registration (Pr Eng / Pr Tech Eng) experience, focusing on structural analysis and design for foundations, concrete/steel structures, buildings, underpasses, retaining walls, and infrastructure.
• Strong technical background in Civil Structural engineering; excellent design and problem‑solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of construction implementation processes and standards as well as project management principles.
• Proficiency in industry‑specific software and tools including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering tools.
• Must have MS Office experience.
