A leading super app company in South Africa is looking for an Accountant to manage financial transactions and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, a detail-oriented mindset, and a relevant degree. Key responsibilities include preparing budgets, handling financial closings, and auditing transactions. This is an opportunity to shape the company’s financial direction in an innovative environment.

Qualifications
- Work experience as an Accountant.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations including IFRS.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks.
Responsabilités
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
