We are looking for a YTC Administrator to coordinate Youth Training Centre (YTC) programmes and activities while creating a safe, inclusive environment for girls and women to train and play rugby.
Certificate in Administration (essential); Diploma in Administration (advantageous).
1–3 years’ experience in office or sports administration.
Plan, implement, and report on YTC programmes in alignment with provincial structures.
Coordinate player recruitment initiatives in schools, clubs, and communities.
Ensure clear development pathways for participating players.
Liaise with partner participation and development programmes.
Organise coaching clinics, matches, leagues, and festivals.
Arrange training and playing venues.
Register and manage player data on the Footprint System.
Provide administrative and operational support to YTC coaches and trainers.
Manage, monitor, and report on allocated operational budgets.
