Job description

Primary Responsibilities

1. Achieve a fill rate of > 90% on project-related jobs.
2. Conduct risk analysis and mitigate potential risks to procurement and supply for projects.
3. Ensure accurate communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
4. Plan and coordinate the procurement and supply of parts within the required timeframe for all projects.
5. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of processes using qualitative and quantitative tools.
6. Feed project parts requirements into the ERP system using the appropriate planning methodology while upholding department KPIs.
7. Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes.
8. Perform risk analysis and effectively mitigate potential risks regarding procurement and supply of parts for projects.
