Overview

A leading global organization dedicated to education and youth development is seeking a Digital Content & Web Editor to join a fast-paced, global digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how engaging, high-quality content is delivered across 100+ school websites worldwide. In this role, you’ll build and edit web pages using a CMS platform like Drupal, ensure content follows best practices in UX, UI, and SEO, and play a key role in optimizing the parent journey across the sites. You’ll also support Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) through data analysis, A/B testing, and continuous improvement. As the organization develops A.I. tools, you will get the chance to use innovative platforms like Builder.io to manage and publish high-quality content.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Publish, edit, and manage web content across global websites and digital platforms using a CMS tool like Drupal.
  • Collaborate with UX, SEO, product, and CRM teams to optimize user journeys and improve site performance.
  • Apply SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata management, and site structure improvements.
  • Support Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives, including data analysis and A/B testing.
  • Ensure brand consistency, editorial quality, and accessibility standards across all content.
  • Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues such as page speed, broken links, or rendering problems.
  • Explore and apply new digital tools, including AI-powered platforms (e.g. Builder.io), to enhance workflows.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with web content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal or WordPress.
  • A solid understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Experience in content editing with excellent attention to detail and brand alignment.
  • The ability to support CRO and A/B testing frameworks.
  • An analytical, curious, and creative mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
