We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in the Contact Lens Department. The purpose of this role is to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the department, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order processing, and efficient use of resources. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the warehouse team, upholding company policies and safety standards, and driving operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (essential).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management (preferably in a specialized or regulated environment).
  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management (experience in optical, or similar regulated products advantageous).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, order processing, and distribution.
  • Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Syspro.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead, develop, and manage staff effectively.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage departmental priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the Contact Lens Department, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate stock control and movement within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and overall efficiency of contact lens inventory.
  • Arrange and maintain storage areas specific to contact lenses to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to resolve any order or delivery issues.
  • Supervise, coach, and train the contact lens warehouse staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Generate WMS reports to track department performance, stock accuracy, and order fulfilment.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and ISO regulations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding stock requirements and delivery schedules.
