Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field (preferred)
• OR proven experience as a Warehouse Manager (minimum 3–5 years)
• Prior exposure to the electrical sector is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end warehouse operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• Manage inventory control (including partner stock) to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee receiving, dispatching and distribution functions
• Ensure that all operations comply with SLAs, SOPs and company policies
• Maintain accurate reporting and record keeping to support decision-making
• Lead, motivate and develop warehouse staff to achieve peak performance
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and efficiency
