About the role
We are looking for a Visual Content Designer with a strong visual instinct, excellent editing skills, and a passion for travel to create compelling marketing assets across multiple channels. This is a hands-on creative role that combines design, video, photography, and editing, supporting both brand and performance marketing initiatives.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and growth teams to produce visuals that not only look great but also actively inspire people to engage with our products and take the next step in their travel journey.
What you’ll be doing
- Create visually engaging content that inspires travel across:
- Paid marketing channels (display, social, motion, banners)
- Email campaigns
- Website and landing pages
- Brand and social content
- Design and produce video content for marketing use cases, including short-form ads and branded travel content.
- Edit video and visual assets to a high standard, optimised for different platforms and formats.
- Create and adapt design assets in line with Travelstart’s brand guidelines while continuously elevating visual quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, performance, and brand teams to translate campaign ideas into strong visual executions.
- Optimise creative assets based on performance insights and channel requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What we’re looking for
- A strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Visual design and graphic skills
- Video and/or motion editing
- A clear eye for composition, colour, and storytelling
- Strong proficiency in design and editing tools, such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Or equivalent professional tools
- Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Ability to take a brief and independently produce high-quality final assets.
- Comfort working across multiple formats (static, motion, video, photography).
- A genuine interest in travel, destinations, and visual storytelling.
Nice to have
- Experience creating assets for performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
- Photography or filming experience (travel, lifestyle, or brand content).
- Experience working in a digital-first or fast-growing company.
