Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process all vehicle sales documentation and deal files
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with dealership and OEM requirements
  • Coordinate vehicle registrations, licensing, and roadworthy certificates
  • Communicate with banks and finance institutions when required
  • Assist with stock counts, vehicle invoicing, and internal reporting
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
  • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure seamless administration throughout the entire sales process
