VA Training Lead – Creative & Marketing (USD $500 Sign-On Bonus)

We’re looking for a VA Training Lead – Creative & Marketing to own and elevate our training programs for virtual assistants supporting creative and marketing functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading learning initiatives, mentoring talent, and building structured training that prepares VAs for real client work.

Your Role
  • Lead and manage training programs for VAs assigned to creative and marketing roles.
  • Design and deliver structured onboarding and upskilling programs.
  • Facilitate live virtual training sessions, workshops, and skill-building activities.
  • Coach VAs through one‑on‑one and group sessions to improve performance and readiness.
  • Assess skills, track progress, and recommend next steps for development.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and learning resources.
  • Ensure training standards align with quality expectations and client needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience leading or facilitating training programs (virtual or remote preferred).
  • Background as a Virtual Assistant, ideally in creative, marketing, or eCommerce support.
  • Hands‑on experience in Social Media, Email Marketing, or Graphic Design.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Buffer, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and confident leading training initiatives.
  • Comfortable working with Slack, Google Workspace, and remote collaboration tools.
