Responsibilities

• Assist all Arch System users with calls/queries that are logged on a day-to-day basis within SLA.
• Handle calls and queries that range from Hardware, Arch Retail Software and 3rd Party queries (Eft, Airtime, Loyalty, etc).
• Use investigative skills for more complex calls/queries and escalate calls that you aren't able to resolve.

Qualifications
