Experience / Knowledge
- Trust administration experience
- Working with high‑net‑worth private clients
- Understanding Afrikaans is essential (speaking it is not required)
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

- Used to high‑paced environments
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reliable transport
- Qualifications in administration or related fields (advantageous)
- General legal background
Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end fiduciary support and administration for clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth.
- Assist with client trusts, FICA and UBO compliance, and maintain accurate records.
- Support client take‑on by collecting documentation and ensuring profiles are updated.
- Prepare and submit MOHC (Master of the High Court) packs, and follow up with the MOHC.
- Ensure compliance with trust deeds and fiduciary duties.
- Handle client payments, verify instructions, and distribute bank statements.
- Assist with meeting preparations, attend meetings, and manage follow‑up tasks.
- Help compile documents for financial statements and tax returns.
- Arrange client meetings and investment reviews.
- Maintain high standards in client interactions and general administration.
- Develop relationships with co‑advisors and communicate effectively on client issues.
