Experience / Knowledge
  • Trust administration experience
  • Working with high‑net‑worth private clients
  • Understanding Afrikaans is essential (speaking it is not required)
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities
  • Provide end‑to‑end fiduciary support and administration for clients.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth.
  • Assist with client trusts, FICA and UBO compliance, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support client take‑on by collecting documentation and ensuring profiles are updated.
  • Prepare and submit MOHC (Master of the High Court) packs, and follow up with the MOHC.
  • Ensure compliance with trust deeds and fiduciary duties.
  • Handle client payments, verify instructions, and distribute bank statements.
  • Assist with meeting preparations, attend meetings, and manage follow‑up tasks.
  • Help compile documents for financial statements and tax returns.
  • Arrange client meetings and investment reviews.
  • Maintain high standards in client interactions and general administration.
  • Develop relationships with co‑advisors and communicate effectively on client issues.
