Duties & Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis Conduct in-depth market research in the assigned region, including sales trends, operational conditions, usage scenarios, and competitor insights. Analyze policies, regulations, and industry developments impacting the commercial vehicle market.
Product Strategy & Optimization Define regional product requirements, including new product introductions, feature enhancements, and competitive positioning. Identify opportunities for product improvements to boost market competitiveness.
Technical & Sales Support Provide technical expertise and support for dealership products. Collaborate with sales, service, and engineering teams to ensure product alignment with market needs.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Automotive Industry Background: Degree or professional experience in vehicles, machinery, automotive sales, or service.
- Certifications in Product Management or Automotive / Truck Industry; 3+ years in product management, sales, or marketing within the trucking and automotive sector.
- Familiarity with commercial vehicles (light / medium / heavy‑duty trucks) and their specifications.
- Knowledge of emission standards, fuel‑efficiency technologies, and telematics.
- Technical & Soft Skills: Proficient in MS Office; graphic design software skills (e.g., Adobe) are a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and project‑management skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Cultural Alignment: Strong affinity for corporate culture and a positive attitude toward cross‑cultural collaboration.
