Manage the daily operations of Travel Services department and client/supplier assistance.

What you will be doing
  • Support administration personnel/suppliers in daily operations.
  • Assist with on-line queries.
  • Assist with all client queries (general/supplier)
  • Manage and finalise all exception reports received from agent/suppliers
  • SLA reports
  • Emergency Call centre logs
  • MIS reports and communication to clients
  • Manage various ad hoc
  • Manage monthly income, distribution and recovery.
  • Preparation and balance monthly invoice & stats (excel) to clients
  • Update monthly travel stats/reports
  • Recovery/Communication/follow up of out of policy costs from travellers
  • Liaise with clients/suppliers on requirements and satisfaction
  • Updated communication to secretaries/clients on rates, events etc
  • Maintenance of client database
  • Manage supplier database (new/renewal/cancelations)
  • Establish allowance, advances, business needs & approvals
  • Arrange/check foreign currency applications, deliveries, payments
  • Inform travellers of international procedures and policy
