Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and induction programs, covering company policies, safety procedures, and workflow orientation.
  • Manage and deliver technical, product, and safety training for all staff levels.
  • Maintain training records, competency matrices, and compliance documentation.
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and digital learning resources.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to employees.
Requirements
  • Experience in training, induction, or workforce development, preferably in electrical, trade, or construction environments.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards and health & safety compliance.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) or equivalent.
  • Background as an electrician, electrical technician, or similar trade.
