The main function of this role is to capture IT data from various sources for the IT department.

In this position, you will report directly to the Service Delivery Manager, EMEA.

This position is mainly located in Centurion, Gauteng.

Team You’ll Belong To

You will join our IT team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as Managers and other Employees.

What You Will Do

• Data Entry: Accurately inputting data from various sources into database, spreadsheets, or other formats.
• Data Verification: Checking for accuracy and consistency in entered data, correcting any errors, and reporting discrepancies and duplications.
• Record Maintenance: Regularly updating and maintaining data to ensure it remains current and correct.
• Collaboration: Liaising with other departments, team members and countries to gather necessary data and resolve any data‑related issues.
• Quality Control: Ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.

Who You Are

• Matric certificate or equivalent; additional qualifications in data processing or administration are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry, data capture, or a similar administrative position.
• Outstanding report writing, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity and dedication to maintaining confidentiality.
