A local staffing organization is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will oversee quotations and tooling processes, maintain relationships with Toolmakers, and manage project budgets. Applicants must have a formal qualification in Project Management and 3-5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of tooling processes are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a project coordination role within a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Manufacturing / Automotive Environment.
• Strong project management and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Toolmakers regarding new quotations.
• Track requests for quotations issued to Toolmakers.
• Generate tooling graphs for Management weekly.
• Communicate with Toolmakers about ECI's and quotes.
• Manage payment process with Toolmakers.
• Arrange shipment of samples and moulds.
• Control Tooling Schedule / Financial Tracker.
• Load Budget for New Projects and manage weekly.
