Job summary

A quality assurance company is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to identify and rectify defects in the production process. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in IT and at least 3 years of experience in testing cloud services and APIs. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial. Qualifications

• Ensure all business requirements are covered in the solution as per business expectations.
• Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues.

Qualifications

IT DIPLOMA OR DEGREE

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in testing cloud services / APIs for performance and load testing.
• Proven work experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
• Experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Relevant training and / or certifications as a Quality Analyst
