TEMP BOOKKEEPER

Purpose: To support the finance department with day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice management, and reconciliation during maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices, manage POs, and track payments
• Record and reconcile transactions using Xero and Buildertrend
• Ensure compliance with Vortex processes and South African tax laws
• Coordinate weekly data with Finance Manager and Cloudworx

Requirements:

• 2+ years in bookkeeping with high-volume transactions
• Experience in Xero and strong Excel proficiency
• Accuracy under pressure

Qualifications and Professional Bodies:

• Diploma in Finance or Bookkeeping
• Registered with SAIBA (or SAIT if tax-related)

Salary (Monthly, ZAR):

Fixed term: R8,000 per month (July-November 2025)
