Technical Support Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
  • Configuring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Developing and implementing technical solutions to improve client satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions
Requirements :
  • Qualification: Minimum GR12 but Electronics / IT Technical Diploma or BTech degree recommended
  • PC HW & SW, Networks and Basic Electronics knowledge / qualifications & experience
  • Experience as Support Technician / Help Desk operator and working with clients
  • Own vehicle and drivers license to get to work
  • Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Alarms, Gatemotors and Electric Fence and able to technically support the products
