Pescatech is a 30-year-established hygiene solutions provider and a leading supplier of hygiene machinery and engineered hygiene systems to the food processing and beverage manufacturing industries.

We work with manufacturers operating in hygiene-critical, regulated environments, helping them design and operate cleaner, safer, and more efficient production facilities.

Our Solutions Include:
  • Personnel hygiene machinery such as industrial boot & sole washers, hand-washing systems, hygiene stations, and integrated hygiene lobbies
  • Engineered hygienic drainage systems designed into production areas during new builds and plant upgrades
  • Open-plant foam cleaning systems, designed to improve cleaning effectiveness and provide management insight into water usage, chemical consumption, and cleaning performance

Role Description

We are seeking an individual with a strong balance of technical expertise, business insight, and consultative sales acumen to join Pescatech as a Technical Sales – New Business Development professional.

This role is responsible for proactively identifying, developing, and shaping new business opportunities across Pescatech’s hygiene machinery and systems portfolio.

This is not a transactional sales role. Instead, it is a consultative, opportunity-creation position focused on early engagement, technical credibility, and long-term value creation.

Technical Support Expectations
  • Grasp and explain the technical principles behind the solutions
  • Hold credible discussions around personnel hygiene control, drainage design, and wet-plant / open-plant cleaning
  • Position solutions conceptually and commercially before involving technical specialists
You’ll Succeed If You:
  • ✔ Have experience in technical or consultative B2B sales
  • ✔ Are comfortable selling into food, beverage, pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environments
  • ✔ Can engage confidently at operations, project head and senior management level
  • ✔ Understand longer, consultative sales cycles
  • ✔ Are proactive, structured, and commercially astute
Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Technical Sales, including generating leads and closing deals
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present technical information to diverse audiences
  • Customer service skills, including relationship management and addressing client inquiries effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity and meet performance goals
  • Previous experience in any of these sectors is a plus
