Are you a skilled technical sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and providing advanced field support? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team, working remotely while covering the Umhlanga and Ballito areas.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in empowering and supporting installers, driving product adoption, and promoting innovative access automation and security solutions. You’ll also act as the vital link between the local market and our national technical and sales teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strengthen relationships with installers by providing product support, training, and technical guidance.
  • Promote the full product and service range, encouraging upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct site visits for installations, diagnostics, and escalations.
  • Identify and deliver product training to installer teams.
  • Capture all activities in CRM systems, providing feedback, reports, and market insights.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company in the field.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering an advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales or field support (access automation or electronic security preferred).
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a remote territory.
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.
