Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Manager to oversee national foam production planning to ensure alignment with SABS and ISO quality standards across all branches.

• Drive automation and efficiency initiatives to enhance consistency, reduce waste, and optimize production runs.
• Standardize foam grades, colour coding, and plant conditioning systems to ensure product uniformity and reliability nationwide.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized foam and colour solutions that strengthen brand differentiation and market growth.
