As a Technical Demonstrator, you’ll be the face of cutting‑edge mining equipment—turning technical mastery into powerful, hands‑on demonstrations. This role blends engineering insight, client engagement, and field‑based delivery. You’ll travel extensively to mine sites, client offices, and trade shows, performing live trials and accredited training that showcase our client’s equipment at its best.

Conduct live and underground demonstrations and trials of mining equipment.
Deliver technical presentations and answer detailed product questions.
Provide on‑site problem‑solving support to clients using the equipment.
Lead short‑term mining service contracts, managing team, quality, and productivity.
Conduct accredited operator training and competency assessments (aligned with MQA/SETA standards).
Build strong client relationships across mines, OEMs, and service contractors.
Collect feedback and report on client insights and demo outcomes.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Grade 12 and valid Training & Assessment certification (SETA/MQA‑accredited).
Competent A and B (Coal and Hard Rock) advantageous.
Experience in underground mining, ideally in roof support or technical operations.
Prior exposure to technical sales, demonstrations, or field service.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Physically fit to work underground; comfortable with confined spaces and heights.
Valid driver’s licence and passport; willingness to travel extensively.
High‑quality, impactful demonstrations that convert interest into trust and sales.
Consistent delivery of accredited, compliant training with positive trainee feedback.
Strong client relationships that enhance market reputation and repeat business.
Reliable feedback loops between field activities and product engineering.
Safe, professional, and efficient on‑site conduct aligned with mine regulations.
