Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CTO while managing client training services, ensuring seamless coordination, client satisfaction, and the enhancement of technical skills among clients.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support to CTO: Manage the CTO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
  • Client Training Services Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand training needs and customize training plans. Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and logistics.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding training inquiries and scheduling. Communicate with clients to ensure their training needs are addressed and met.
  • Training Materials and Documentation: Develop training materials, presentations, and user manuals for client training. Create resources and guides to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate training sessions, ensuring trainers’ availability and participants’ schedules. Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics for trainers and clients as needed.
  • Client Feedback and Support: Gather client feedback post-training and address any queries or concerns. Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure a positive training experience.
  • Project Support: Assist the CTO in project-related tasks, documentation, and coordination. Support the execution of technical projects by organizing resources and tracking progress.
  • Expense Management: Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for client training services. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of expenses.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive support and client relations.
