  • Previous Subject Matter Expert/Team Leader experience advantageous.

  • Managing Performance and achievement of team KPIs.
  • Ensuring required resourcing is available as per SLA.
  • Ongoing coaching provided to the advisors.
  • Identify and nurture top talent within the team.
