Qualifications

• CA(SA) with a Master's in Taxation (or equivalent advanced tax qualification).
• Proven capability in tax opinions / legal writing, tax accounting, and end-to-end SARS engagements.
• Hands-on experience with disputes (objections / appeals / ADRs), VDPs, and rulings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full direct tax compliance cycle for entities.
• Manage SARS verifications and lead disputes.
• Prepare and review tax accounting and disclosures.
• Draft tax opinions and conduct legal research.
• Coordinate and submit tax rulings.
