Are you ready to take recruitment to the next level? MRI Software is seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help us discover exceptional talent for our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and engaging top-tier candidates, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders to understand our needs and build robust candidate pipelines. Responsibilities :

  1. Hunt for Talent : Dive into diverse sourcing channels, including social media (e.g., LinkedIn), to uncover the best candidates swiftly.
  2. Market Mapping : Conduct market research to provide insights that guide our recruitment strategy and decision-making.
  3. Stay Informed : Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to inform our recruitment efforts.
  4. Collaborate and Innovate : Contribute to multiple projects within our Talent Acquisition team, fostering innovation and teamwork.
  5. Team Player : Collaborate effectively to drive team success.

Requirements :

  • 2-4 years of experience in in-house recruitment, with a proven ability to build candidate pools quickly against diverse requirements.
  • Proficiency in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn for sourcing and engagement.
  • Willingness to adopt new sourcing techniques and approaches.
  • Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and self-improvement, both technically and functionally.
  • Motivated to take on new responsibilities and challenges to enhance team performance.

We offer a flexible hybrid working model with 2 days remote work per week. This role is based in our Cape Town Office.
