What You’ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM, Design, and Marketing roles.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, acting as a trusted adviser on hiring strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to proactively source top candidates.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
  • Provide market insights and advise on competitive talent trends.
What we’re looking for
  • A must - Experience recruiting GTM, Design, or Marketing talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent judgment and a proactive mindset.
  • Passionate about shaping culture and delivering a standout candidate experience.
  • RPO or In-House experience
  • Must be available to start immediately
