They are now looking for a dynamic Tactical and Intervention Manager to take the lead of their Tactical and Riot Intervention Team based in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage: Take command of the Intervention and Tactical teams, ensuring flawless execution during critical security situations.
• Training and Development: Drive continuous training and development to ensure your team is always at the top of their game, prepared for any tactical or riot control challenge.
• Liaise with Authorities: Be the go-to person for SAPS (South African Police Service), local authorities, and Disaster Management, ensuring seamless coordination during incidents.
• Crisis Management: Lead the charge during high-risk situations, including riots, public disturbances, and emergencies, ensuring rapid response and effective resolution.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 10 years' experience in tactical security operations and riot control, with a solid background in law enforcement, preferably from a police or similar agency.
• You should be a proven leader with strong team management skills, able to coordinate and motivate large teams across various operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities are essential, especially when liaising with local authorities and security forces.
• Most importantly, you must have the ability to perform under pressure, delivering effective results in high-risk, crisis environments.
