Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with a primary focus on SentinelOne Singularity EDR/XDR and Vulnerability Management platforms. This is a customer‑facing, technical role that combines pre‑sales engineering (solution design, demonstrations, POCs) with post‑sales deployment, optimisation, and support.

• Deliver compelling technical presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations of SentinelOne EDR/XDR and associated solutions.
• Lead deployments, integrations, and health checks for SentinelOne and Vulnerability Management platforms.
• Contribute to internal enablement, marketing events, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Design and execute proof‑of‑concept (POC) engagements.
• Deliver training, troubleshooting, and optimisation services to customers and partners.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of assigned portfolios and stay current with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• SentinelOne Certified Engineer, Tenable Certified Nessus Auditor, or equivalent vendor certifications.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a technical pre‑sales or post‑sales or specialist engineering role within cybersecurity.
• Solid foundation in networking, Windows/Linux/macOS, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security operations concepts (threat hunting, incident response, SIEM/SOAR).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills – comfortable addressing technical and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated hands‑on expertise in one or more of the following: EDR/XDR platforms, with SentinelOne strongly preferred; CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Carbon Black, Palo Alto Cortex XDR, etc.
• Demonstrated hands‑on expertise in one or more of the following: Vulnerability Management platforms (e.g., Tenable.io/Nessus, Qualys VMDR, Rapid7 InsightVM, or similar).
