Supply Chain Associate Manager – HNC South Africa

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa (Isando site)

As the Supply Chain Associate Manager HNC South Africa, you’ll lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations at our Isando site, driving efficiency and service excellence for our customers. You’ll oversee raw materials and finished goods planning, order management, and Market Ready Solutions (MRS) operations. This role is your opportunity to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, optimize processes, and make a measurable impact on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize all supply chain operations at the Isando site, including planning, production, and order management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to align local operations with business goals.
  • Manage inventory levels and drive manufacturing efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service and operational excellence.
  • Guide, develop, and support the local supply chain team to achieve strategic objectives.
