Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking a candidate to research and recruit potential students while managing relationships on behalf of the brand. The role requires effective communication and constant engagement with the youth. You'll assist in community projects, manage CRM leads, and be involved in sales conversions. Travel nationally and internationally is required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is empathetic, diligent, and goal-oriented.

Job Description
  • Research and identify the target market and actively recruit potential students.
  • Identify & analyse competitor and customer needs information.
  • Build and maintain sound relationships on behalf of the brand, as the first contact point for the brand.
  • Live the brand values
  • Assist with company involvement in community projects and social responsibility.
  • Arrangements and implementation of company events internally and externally by assisting Campus and Sales & Marketing Managers
  • Create brand awareness and elevate brand value and perception.
  • Administration of all recruitment functions.
  • Manage conversion of leads to prospects daily in the CRM system under specific KPI’s.
  • Apply Lead Conversion tasks (written and oral direct communication).
  • Actively involved in sales conversions from prospect to enrolments when required.
  • Prepares and presents appropriate presentation material to address markets with the approval of the sales & marketing manager.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of the Marketing Plan.
  • Complete any reasonable request from management.
Qualifications
  • Understanding and empathetic to the youth, enjoy coaching and providing guidance. To be truly invested in their success and best interests.
  • Love to communicate and interact with people. The role requires constant engagement with people. Need to be comfortable to talk, engage, present – virtually and in-person.
  • Can travel +- 5 months of the year, to various destinations nationally and internationally.
  • Diligent with following processes, administration, and reporting.
  • Transparent and trustworthy. Be a team player with a burning desire to be successful and grow as a team.
  • Resilient and independent worker. Goal focussed and have self-discipline to achieve goals.
  • Respectful of structures, processes and a work culture where building and maintaining the company’s position as industry leader is protected.
