Key Responsibilities:


Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction to ensure seamless integration of new talent
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Support the rollout and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
Manage administrative tasks across HR and IR functions
Facilitate clear communication between management, employees, and unions
Support grievance resolution and employee relations matters
Coordinate disciplinary hearings and performance management processes
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and regulatory frameworks
Prepare timely and accurate HR/IR reports for leadership
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR projects

What You Bring:


Diploma or Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field
2–3 years’ experience in HR/IR coordination or similar role
Own reliable transport
Solid understanding of labour laws and HR/IR best practices
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication—both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
