A leading equipment solutions provider in Gauteng seeks a Project Manager to drive strategic priorities and manage projects with executives. This role requires 5+ years of project management experience and a Post Graduate Degree. Candidates must demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, and presentation skills. Key responsibilities include executing strategic projects, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring operational efficiency. This position is pivotal for enhancing organizational performance and requires a confident, results-focused individual.
Purpose:
Drive execution of strategic priorities in the organisation by project managing and working with relevant Executives and Heads
Support the Executive: Strategy & Business Planning in carrying out duties which will include: conducting strategic analysis to generate insight for Executive, ensuring alignment between CAT and BWE Executive, reporting and oversight
Outputs:
Execute on strategic projects by:
- Leading multiyear strategic planning
- Driving organisational performance through KPI dashboard and reporting frameworks.
- Defining overall objectives and business case
-Ensuring governance excellence through board support committee coordination and compliant process
- Setup project teams and management meetings and routines
- Lead Steerco/Update meetings
- Engage critical stakeholders
-Managin operational efficiency, workflows, risk and special projects.
- Track progress on overall plan and objectives and Identify, escalate and mitigate risks and issues

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
Post Graduate Degree, MBA/ Masters beneficial
5years + years experience
Project Management Experience
Excellent standard of oral and written English
Demonstrable capability for strategic thinking
Experience working with senior/executive management
Presentation Skills (incl putting together high impact presentations)
Analytical and pays attention to detail
Confident and assertive
Business and Financial Acumen (Including Commercial Orientation)
Planning and organisation skills
