We're hiring a Strategic SaaS Account Executive to join a fast-growing data and technology business serving the investment and asset management sector.
In this role, you'll lead complex, consultative sales cycles — identifying opportunities, running deep discovery sessions, shaping tailored SaaS solutions, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
This position suits a confident communicator who thrives on solving technical and business challenges through a value-driven sales approach.
Salary: R40, – R60, per month + performance bonus + commission.
Area: Remote (South Africa).

Engage senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data) within investment and asset‑management firms.
Lead discovery sessions to uncover business pain points and craft tailored SaaS solutions.
Manage full‑cycle enterprise sales — from prospecting through proof‑of‑concept to close.
Partner closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and client success.
Maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline using CRM best practices.
Track market activity, competitor positioning, and client feedback to refine strategy.
Build long‑term client relationships founded on trust, expertise, and measurable results.
5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or data‑technology sales.
Proven success selling complex, consultative solutions involving discovery and scoping.
Background in platform or solution‑as‑a‑service sales, with experience in integrations or custom workflows.
Strong experience engaging with C‑level and technical stakeholders in investment, banking, or asset management.
Deep understanding of data‑focused products — comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and integrations.
Skilled at running structured discovery processes and translating needs into tailored solutions.
Track record managing long enterprise sales cycles (3–12 months) and proofs of value.
Familiarity with South African investment markets or similar environments is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑driven, analytical, and comfortable working independently from home.
