• Digital Strategy / Transformational Projects Execution: Oversee the execution of digital roadmaps for Advisory models, establishing business processes, programs, projects resource allocation KPIs governance activities.
• Functional Strategy Formation & Implementation: Develop strategic plans for Tied Distribution functions anticipating megatrends, complex challenges, and opportunities ensuring successful implementation meeting long‑term business needs.
