This role includes leading recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with South African labour laws, and developing HR strategies that promote business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR management role.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law and compliance.
• Experience with FSP environments is not mandatory but can be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle and design value-driven onboarding experiences.
• Ensure legislative compliance and maintain impeccable HR records and reporting.
• Manage employee relations, acting as a trusted advisor for grievances and performance.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR administration with a focus on accuracy.
• Develop HR strategies and policies that support business growth and innovation.
• Champion employee wellness and engagement to foster a productive culture.
