Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Group commercial excellence frameworks.
• Define and harmonize salesforce structures, roles, and KPIs.
• Co-design and standardize key account management models and develop channel strategies.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and ensure data quality for decision-making.
• Establish Solevo Sales Academy and roll out training programs.
