Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years' experience in a senior financial management role.
• At least 3 to 4 years at an executive or Board reporting level.
• Background in subsidiary reporting or experience within a listed group environment.
• Strong management experience with oversight across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Driving financial strategy, governance, and compliance in line with company objectives.
• Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and hedging practices.
• Managing stakeholder relationships, including direct Board engagement.
• Overseeing HR, IT, and other business support functions.
