Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, ERDs, UML, and data modelling.
• Exposure to Agile / Waterfall methodologies and system implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flows.
• Support system integration, testing (UAT), and post‑deployment validation.
• Contribute to change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
