Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and streamline support service processes, including internal inquiries, warranty claims, and stock requests.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels, equipment, and supplies to support service operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock.
• Quality Control
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify issues.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement in support services.
