Job summary

A leading retail company in South Africa is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates must have a Matric certificate and at least 3 years of retail store management experience. The role includes managing staff, controlling expenses, and executing merchandising strategies while fostering customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Controlling expenses.
  • Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
  • People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
  • Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
