Job description

Production Manager Role: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our sterile manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily operation of sterile manufacturing equipment in cleanroom environments.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinating routine cleaning, sterilization, and environmental monitoring procedures.
  • Assisting in batch documentation, quality checks, and deviation reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain production efficiency and product integrity.
Requirements
  • No less than 2 years' experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
