Position: Sr. Staff Accountant

South Africa and Latin America Search

Duties include:

1. Accounts Payable including approving and paying invoices in the accounting system and speaking with Vendors as needed
2. Ownership of the shared email box where all client requests come in
3. Reconciliation of company credit cards
4. Bi-weekly cash reconciliations
5. Journal entries as needed
6. Bank Reconciliations

Skills / Qualifications:

1. Degree in Accounting from local university
2. Must be very tech savvy
3. Solid analytical skills, able to review and problem solve
4. Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs)
5. Excellent oral and written skills, must speak and write English fluently
6. Diligent, works until the job is complete
