About the Role

At Webfleet Solutions we are looking to welcome a Sales Representative with a proven sales record and more than 2 years' experience in the vehicle telematics / fleet management industry to accelerate South African sales and continue our growth strategy for the future.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join us in a state of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan your agenda: sales activities (calls, meetings, proposals, negotiations).
  • Ensure that all leads, opportunities and activities are reported promptly in our CRM.
  • Stay aware of market trends, be open to change, and step outside your comfort zone.
  • Continuously review competition and define positioning.
  • Achieve sales targets in your territory through direct activity.
  • Report territory plans, sales activities, conversion rates and accurate forecasting.
  • Continuously update the CRM with newly generated leads and manage opportunities from yourself.
  • Engage with the ambition to grow with Webfleet Solutions and build a high‑performing partner ecosystem with distributors and software partners.
  • Prospect for new customers consistently.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for direct sales.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the vehicle telematics / fleet management industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales‑hunter approach and at least 3 years' proven success in sales growth in IT, mobility, communications or software.
  • Strategic planning skills and the ability to define and execute sales plans.
  • Thorough understanding of the South African B2B market.
  • A strong existing network of customers, partners, connectors and facilitators in your area.
  • Outstanding networking, prospecting and referral maximisation skills.
  • Positive, optimistic, energetic and hands‑on attitude that inspires clients and peers.
  • Strong communication, influencing and storytelling skills.
  • Digital savviness, research habits and market expertise.
  • Fluent in English with strong presentation and writing abilities.
