Job summary

A leading human capital management company in Johannesburg South is seeking a Spare Parts Manager to promote and sell a full range of products. The ideal candidate must have 4 to 5 years of experience in spare parts sales, preferably in heavy commercial vehicles, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include increasing sales, managing customer queries, and collaborating with various departments. The salary range is R 25,000 to R 27,000 per month.

Qualifications

Spare Parts Manager (POS25056)

Purpose Of Job

To promote and sell the full range of product offered by the client and to develop and create a favourable customer rapport with all clients.

Requirements
  • Matric
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Spare Parts Sales preferably with Heavy Commercial Vehicle spare parts sales. (Truck and Trailer)
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and SYSPRO
  • Good understanding of sales administration
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Resilient and able to work well under pressure
Duties
  • Increase sales
  • Quote on and selling of spare parts and ancillary
  • To quote on and sell range of spare parts and ancillary products.
  • Handle and follow up on customer queries and back orders when parts are not available immediately.
  • To work together with warehouse, technical and maintenance departments to ensure smooth workflow as well as confirm if customers require goods before back orders are released and inform the warehouse accordingly.
  • To handle counter sales and print picking slips for Dispatch department
  • Syspro sales order maintenance, ensuring only valid orders are in the system
  • To confirm if customers require goods before back orders are released, and inform the warehouse accordingly.
